StoneBreak Learning is a personal-enrichment platform operated by StoneBreak Learning LLC (“StoneBreak,” “we,” “us”). It is not a school. It is not accredited or licensed. It does not award diplomas, degrees, or academic credit. By using the app you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service below.
Privacy Policy
What the app stores
Your learning progress (which lessons and courses you have completed) is stored on your device and synced through your own Apple iCloud account. We do not receive or have access to this data, and there is no account or login.
What we do not collect
The app does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or payment information.
Optional printed novelty certificate
Before checkout opens, the app shows two separate confirmations that you understand you are purchasing a printed novelty certificate for personal self-enrichment, that it holds no academic merit, and that StoneBreak Learning is not accredited or licensed. If you continue, you are taken to our shop on Etsy, an independent third-party marketplace, where the order is placed. Your name, shipping address, and payment details are entered on Etsy and handled by Etsy under Etsy’s own privacy policy. We receive only the order information needed to print and mail your novelty certificate, and we use it solely to fulfill your order.
Children
StoneBreak Learning is intended for users aged 13 and older. The app asks for your birth year at first launch solely to confirm eligibility and does not store your date of birth. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data security & retention
Because the app keeps no personal data on our servers, there is little for us to secure or retain. Order information received through Etsy to fulfill a printed novelty certificate is kept only as long as needed to fulfill the order and for ordinary business records.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using StoneBreak Learning you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Nature of the service
StoneBreak Learning provides self-paced content for personal enrichment, hobby, and general interest. It is not a school, is not accredited or licensed, and does not qualify participants for employment. It awards no diplomas, degrees, or academic credit, holds no graduation ceremonies, and offers no financial aid or assistance. We do not promise or guarantee that you will learn any particular skill or achieve any result, outcome, job, or income.
3. Completion records (novelty keepsakes)
Records of completion are keepsakes only. Any printed novelty certificate ordered through the app is a novelty commemorative keepsake recognizing completion of a self-paced personal-enrichment program; it carries no official or legal weight and is not a diploma, degree, academic credit, license, or professional or accredited certification.
You may describe a completion record only as what it is — completion of a StoneBreak Learning personal-enrichment program. You may not present it as an academic degree, diploma, license, or professional or accredited certification. We assume no liability for any misrepresentation of a record to employers or others, and we may revoke a record that is misused.
4. Printed novelty certificate sales
Printed novelty certificates are optional physical goods sold and fulfilled outside the app through our shop on Etsy, an independent marketplace. Each is custom-printed with the name you provide and is priced at $19 — the same price for every tier. Because each item is custom-printed with your name, all sales are final and no refunds are offered on custom printed items, except where an item arrives physically damaged.
5. Educational content only — no professional advice
All content is for general educational and informational purposes only. The Health & Wellbeing material is not medical, dietary, or mental-health advice; always consult a licensed healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, sleep, or supplement routine. The Money Management material is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; we are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Make your own decisions, at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, text, graphics, and software in the app are owned by StoneBreak Learning LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoneBreak Learning LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the item giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StoneBreak Learning LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or any misrepresentation of a completion record.
10. Dispute resolution — arbitration & class waiver
Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Florida, and you and StoneBreak each waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by your local age of majority) to use the app or purchase merchandise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
